Boomerang/360 Booth Song Selection || Boomerangs are included in all photobooth rentals. If you choose to have a song clip overlay, please include the name of the song, artist, and the start time of the song clip you would like for your boomerang videos.
Backdrop Selection || Luna Glow offers a variety of backdrop colors, themes, and styles, including event themed neon signs, fabric backdrops, arch-style backdrops, greenery backdrops, an enclosed inflatable photo cube, and a circular inflatable backdrop for the 360 booths. Please describe your colors/backdrop requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
Customized Item request ||Luna Glow offers a variety of custom items for your event from custom photo booth signs, to laser engraved tumblers, to custom animation screens which play before or after various photos are taken. Please let us know if you have any special requests.

DEPOSIT AND REFUND
A deposit in the amount agreed upon is required at the time of signing this agreement to secure the event date. The deposit is non-refundable 15 days or less prior to event date, Acceptable forms of payment are major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
BALANCE DUE AND REFUND
The final payment or balance of funds owed to Luna Glow is non-refundable 15 days or less prior to the event date. The final payment is due prior to the event date. Acceptable forms of payment are major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Photo booth services will not begin until the balance is paid in full. Payment for any overage in time, must be paid before additional hours are provided.
PARKING
All parking expenses for Luna Glow employees are the responsibility of the client. If the parking expenses are not paid prior to the event, the Client Photo Booth services will not be completed until parking expenses are paid. Parking must be provided within a reasonable distance from the photo booth set up location, or photo booth services may not be able to start at the scheduled time and at the Client's expense.
PHOTO BOOTH OPERATIONS
Luna Glow agrees to have the photo booth operational for the time period agreed upon, however, in some situations, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance, service and/or photography optimizations. Luna Glow agrees to have a qualified technician onsite to maintain and operate the Glow Booth, Magic Mirror Booth, and 360 video booths. Should technical issues arise in the rental of the Luna Booth, Luna Glow agrees to have an employee available by phone, for the duration of the rental window. Should Luna Glow fail to provide a fully operational photo booth during the agreed upon times, the client's only remedy is a partial refund. Client agrees that Luna Glow will not be responsible for consequential damages. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond our reasonable control, then the rental charges shall be on a prorated basis.
PHOTO BOOTH SETUP/BREAKDOWN
Luna Glow will deliver, setup, breakdown, and remove the photo booth from event location. Operation of photo booth times may be adjusted if the event location, or client ends the event prior to the contracted end time, and no refund of money will apply. The Client will provide a setup area that is reasonably accessible and has level ground. Luna Glow requires access to venue at least 60 minutes before the photo booth start time and 45 minutes after the photo booth end time for setup and breakdown.
SPACE & PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Client agrees to provide: (1) A minimum 8' x 8' area for our stationary photo booths, and a 10' x 10' area for our 360 video booths, which does not include the prop table which is a standard 6' table. (2) 120V, 15-20 amps, 3 prong standard electrical outlets within 40 feet of our designated area. Luna Glow will provide extension cords up to 40 feet. If additional extension cords are needed, the Client will provide those.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Luna Glow reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. If asked to setup outdoors, Luna Glow will not setup or operate the photo booth if there is any chance of rain, or if it is raining, to any degree. Also, if the wind is over 6 miles per hour, the backdrop and backdrop stand may need to be taken down to avoid tipping over, since safety is paramount in all decisions. Also, if the client requires that we set up outdoors, we will need to be in the shade for the entire event or be covered. That would require a 10° x 10° pop-up tent, or whatever the client has available. If the Client is unable to provide a suitable shaded area, Luna Glow will provide a 10x10 pop-up tent for an additional fee. Being in direct sunlight can damage the equipment. Luna Glow compensation will not be affected if operation is ended due to weather.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Luna Glow shall not be liable under any contract for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement and services provided. Excluding any claims or liability regarding or related to transportation to or from Client's Event, Client will indemnify and hold harmless Luna Glow, Luna Glow employees, and any independent contractors working with Luna Glow at time, against any and all liability, claimed by third parties not including Luna Glow's employees agents, or independent contractors, arising from the Client's Event from the time of service.
DAMAGE TO LUNA GLOW EQUIPMENT
Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Luna Glow equipment caused by: a) any misuse of the equipment by Client or its guests or b) any theft or disaster by client or guests, or c) loss of power or power surges to the photo booths at any time resulting in loss of pictures or damage of software and/or equipment.
MODEL RELEASE (We will exclude this release upon request)
The Client and all quests using the photo booth hereby give to Luna Glow: The right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits, or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose.
Agreement If YES, you give approval to Luna Glow to host event images online, client hereby releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Luna Glow from any liability that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation, any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior oral, written and other agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by Luna Glow and the Client.
